if the user belongs to

editors: The current version of the redaktions-app is displayed
candidates: An empty page, maybe include a list of existing questions.
users: An empty page with a small remark like: "There is nothing to do for you at the moment. Ask one of the editors of this page to upgrade you to candidate or editor if you like."
